Avery is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher primarily specializing in vinyasa and yin classes. She teaches a grounding flow focusing on alignment and mindful self-awareness. With emphasis on breath, stability and intentional movement that supports everyday mobility, her classes invite students to dive inward and leave with a settled mind.
Deeply inspired by her teachers and the ancient roots of the yogic system and philosophies, her goal is to honor the many physical benefits that can come from the practice while also sharing the deeper parts of the practice that go beyond the asanas.

Practicing yoga has alchemized my life in a lot of ways. What began as something I was lightly curious about gradually became a hugely grounding presence in my life that inspires me to follow a path of authenticity and eternal learning everyday.
I have found that one of the best parts of the practice is the subtle lessons that slowly integrate over time that can only come from showing up for yourself time and time again; lessons that are born out of the inner knowledge and awareness that has an opportunity to grow a little more every time you step on the mat.
I believe that you can get as much or as little as you want from this practice. Whether you want to simply feel good in your body or if you resonate with a deeper spiritual experience, my only hope is to offer a space that inspires you to show up exactly as you are and nourish your own unique experience.
